About the artist 

I AM A SELF-TAUGHT ARTIST-

I obtained my BA in French and Linguistics from SDSU, joined the workforce, and then raised a family. This made it a challenge to produce a great deal of art. I started creating ceramic sculptures and pieces formed on the wheel, but typically gave them away as gifts. I made homemade paper, taught classes, and then created our Christmas cards. I scrapbooked all three of my children's first 8 years which was the "art form" de jour. I created within my scope. Now, recently an empty nester, I am free to paint until my heart's content! This is why my brand is called Heart2Art.
